Michael Adam Kier, born to an artist and economist parents, was raised with knowledge and appreciation for both business and the arts. Having navigated successful careers in both arenas, he produced the award-winning documentary, A Bridge Life: Finding Our Way Home; co-wrote with Grossberg, Betrayed, the short thriller starring Seth Gilliam (HBO’s The Wire) and Cara Buono (HBO’s The Sopranos) which was one of the first films shot on the new Canon 5D Mark II Digital SLR camera. Theatrically, has produced, adapted and directed several financially successful off-off Broadway productions including Shakespeare’s Macbeth and Chekhov’s A Seagull. As a professional makeup artist, he has been quoted in various magazines and his special effects talents can be seen in HBO’s Angels in America. As an actor, has traveled internationally on the stage as well as with stints on television. Furthermore, brings an executive background from the beauty industry as Director of Sales for a mineral cosmetic company as well as for a luxury organic skincare company.
